Tip tuesday; number fifteen

Today, I decided to do a health tip to kick-off my weight-loss challenge (keep an eye out for that tomorrow!).... 

Hungry but its not meal time? Eat a snack that's high in fiber to help you feel full until it is time to eat. So what kind of foods are full of fiber? 
  • Raspberries
  • Bananas
  • Oatmeal
  • Beans
  • Almonds
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • ...Just to name a few.
