|I miss this kitty... :( She was a stray that I took in for |
a short period of time. I found her when she was just a tiny itty bitty kitten
in my backyard.
Here's the deal. I want to invite some people to do some guest blogging on my blog. I think it would be fun. :) I've never done it before though, so not really sure what the best way to go about it is, like, how to do it. But anyways, if you're interested, let me know in a comment. My only restriction is that it has to be something you could consider "green", so like... something similar to what I do here in terms of beauty, a fresh recipe, a craft (preferably of recycled materials, but anything really), and article on your ideas about how to live green. The possibilities are really endless.
Oh! And visit me over at La Bella Vita, where I have been featured this week! And make sure to let her know that you're visiting from here!
So, I have this quick story for everyone. I thought it was the neatest thing. I was walking into work tonight and I can just feel a headache coming on. One of our regular guests, who is there every single week, and we've all grown close to, pulled in the parking lot at the same time I did. And he said hello and I said hello back and he was like "you sound tired, how are you going to stay awake all night?" and I told him it wasn't that I was tired, it was that my head was hurting. And he showed me this little trick for stress headaches.
What you do is you massage the muscle in between your thumb and your index finger on each hand, and you figure out which one hurts. Unfortunately for me, both of mine hurt, and he said that was weird. But if you don't have a stress headache, neither will hurt. But once you figure it out, you massage that muscle for about a minute and then wait about 30 seconds and then massage it for another minute and that should take care of the headache. You need to massage it hard though, it will hurt! But boy did it help! :)
Okay, now onto the blog hops...
